We only process the data you voluntarily provide when you contact us through the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp. This data may include: name, email address, phone number (if you message us on WhatsApp) and the content of your message. We do not collect data from sources other than your own communication.

3. Purpose

The purpose of processing is to handle your enquiry or request for information about our boat rental services and to maintain the communication necessary to reply to you. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is the consent of the data subject (Article 6.1.a GDPR), which you give by submitting the form or contacting us, and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6.1.b) when your enquiry concerns engaging our services.

5. Retention

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, thereafter, for the periods legally required. When no longer needed, it will be securely deleted.

6. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Data is handled through our email provider and, where applicable, the WhatsApp platform, which act under their own privacy policies.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@saltysummermallorca.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) if you consider the processing does not comply with the regulations.
